| Alaska Dungeness Crab With Tartar Sauce
ALASKA DUNGENESS CRAB with TARTAR SAUCE
Cooking Time: 4 Minutes
· 4 1½ lb. ea. Dungeness Crab, thawed if necessary
· *Classic Tartar Sauce
Steam Dungeness Crab for 4 minutes, or until heated through. For each serving, plate 1 Crab; serve chilled or heated with ¼ cup Classic Tartar Sauce.*
* Classic Tartar Sauce
· 3/4 cup Mayonnaise.
· 2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
· 2 Tbsp. Cornichons or Salt Pickles, minced
· 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
· 1 Tbsp. Capers, rinsed, drained and minced
· 1/3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
· 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style Mustard
Whisk together all ingredients until well-combined; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
